Registration
If you would like to register your child for one of our programs, please complete the following form and an e-mail will be sent to our registration/waitlist team. Alternatively, you can download a Word document and FAX, email, mail or deliver to the office in person. All information is treated confidentially.
A completed form and a copy of your child's birth certificate or proof of birth is required in order to complete the process. Confirmation of which program and the care days you are requesting is required.

Due to the high demand for childcare in the Sea To Sky region, PCC are currently operating a substantial registration demand and regrettably, are unable to accommodate childcare for all who are on the waitlist at this time. If you chose to register, please know there is a possibility we may not be able to provide a space for your child.
Expecting? We are happy to accept your registration following the birth of you child, a birth certificate or proof of birth is required when submitting a registration.
